  • Cooked rice: 1 big bowl,
  • Onion, finely chopped: ½ katori,
  • Lemon juice: 1 ½  tsp,
  • Salt: from prescribed daily allowance,
  • Garam masala powder: ½ tsp,
  • Oil: 1 ½ tsp.

  • Take oil in a pan, allow it to heat, add finely chopped onion.
  • Allow onion to turn brown. Now add cooked rice, salt, garam masala powder and mix well.
  • Once done, allow it to cool and then add lemon juice and stir well again.
  • Rice is ready to be served.
