Rice pancakes with paneer

Ingredients

Cooked rice: ¼ wati (15g)

Gram flour (besan): 2 tsp (10g)

Curd: 2tsp (10g)

Onion, chopped: ½ wati (30g)

Garlic, chopped: 2 cloves

Salt: from the prescribed daily allowance

Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp

Red chilli powder: ¼ tsp

Coriander, chopped: 1 tsp

Paneer: ¼ wati (10g)

Oil: 1 tsp

Directions

Take cooked rice, add gram flour, curd, onion, garlic, salt and all the remaining masalas to it.

Add water and mix well to make a batter of medium consistency.

Now take a non-stick tawa, pour a little batter on it and then spread it in circular manner.

Add oil, roast it from both the sides.

Once done grate paneer over it.

Serve with green chutney.

Note : This recipe can be made on a non -stick pan without adding oil
